If you do not agree with these terms, do not contact me for commissioning please!I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am also allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Commissions are expected to be for personal use only, if there are any plans to make profit off of my art, that must be discussed in dms prior to starting the commission.
If I am commissioned for fanart of existing characters, this entry does not count and I give permission for my work to be used for prints or merchandise as long as proper credit is given.PaymentPayment is completed through PayPal, and it is upfront EXCEPT for the case of commissions over 30$In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 35% of the total payment.
(Note I am not a sensitive person, so you'd have to be pretty bad. Just don't be unreliable/unreachable without notice or hostile with me.)ProcessUpon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.During the sketch phase you will have a total of (5) changes before additional fees will apply. (2$ per change)Once the drawing is rendered & fully paid for, I will allow (3) minor changes before it is finalized and sent to you. Any extra changes beyond this will be a 5% increase each time.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.If you wish to use my work as a profile picture or anything where my signature may hinder its presentation, please notify and I will hide it in the cropped image.
